Got trash? Get pests! The Art of Dumpsterology
Stuart Mitchell, Ph.D., PestWest USA LLC
Pests are considered harmful to people and their activities. Pest presence can result in harm to people and pets as well as property damage. Residential and commercial environments are artificial or created for survival and comfort. Artificial conditions can attract pests-especially if intended conditions deteriorate from improper practices or poor hygiene and delayed maintenance. Pests are also attracted to foods consumed by people. With improper food-handling, foodborne illness could result. With improper trash-handling, pest presence will result! With proper trash-handling, pest presence can be drastically reduced. Got TRASH? Get PESTS! UNLESS you are a studied DUMPSTEROLOGIST!
10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. CDT
