Refunds will be made on the following schedule. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to Allison Barrett at abarrett@pestworld.org.
 
More than 31 days before the first day of the event: 100% refund
Within 25-31 days before the first day of the event: 75% refund
Within 18-24 days before the first day of the event: 50% Refund
Within 11-17 days before the first day of the event: 25% Refund
Within 10 or less days out: No refund

IPCA's ONE-DAY ASSOCIATE CERTIFIED ENTOMOLOGIST (ACE) EXAM REVIEW COURSE
Heather Alonso, BCE, Target Specialty Products, Grove City, OH 
IPCA is offering a comprehensive one-day review course for the ACE exam on Thursday, September 16th from 8:30am to 5:00pm CST. This course will cover the primary knowledge areas on the exam including Inspection and Identification, Monitoring, Selection and Implementation of Control Methods, and Evaluation. Biology and behavior of pest groups include Biting and Stinging, Flies, Ants, Cockroaches, Stored Product and Fabric Pests, Wood Destroying Insects, Occasional Invaders and General Household Pests, and Common Commensal Pests (Non-arthropod) will also be covered. $150 ADDITIONAL registration includes CEUs, ACE study guide, and boxed lunch.

Understanding these differences is key to successfully controlling carpenter ants and can be the difference between a one-time treatment or a series of call backs.
