PEST CONTROL LICENSE RENEWAL DELAYS

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) license renewal website is still down. IDPH confirmed that they have mailed renewal application forms to all pest control businesses and applicators. The deadline for renewals has been extended to the end of January 2021. Renewal fees are $150 for business licenses and $75 for technican certificates. If you have not received your renewal application forms, contact IDPH at dph.pestcontrol@illinois.gov. Be sure to provide your business or tech ID, current address, and COI (if applicable).

Your Illinois Pest Control Association Board of Directors is aware of the importance surrounding the renewal of all business and tech licenses. We will continue working closely with IDPH to ensure you receive the latest information and updates surrounding the renewal process.
