Rodent Behaviors Part 1
Sara Knilans, Bell Laboratories
Rodents are difficult to control in many different environments. The most important part is trying to understand how rodents behave so that we can correctly choose the appropriate tool to use and know exactly where to place it. Inspections are also an important part of any good rodent control program. Part one of this two-part training will provide a thorough overview of good inspection procedures.
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM CDT
Rodent Behaviors Part 2
Sara Knilans, Bell Laboratories
Once we identify rodent locations and better understand their behaviors, part 2 of this session will focus on which control tools to use to effectively manage rodents. No two rodent situations are the same, so it is important that we understand all the different tools to use in these unique baiting situations.
10:45 AM - 11:45 AM CDT
Controlling Moles and Voles
Sara Knilans, Bell Laboratories
Understanding the differences between moles and voles is critical when trying to control them. Moles and voles are not alike and we will discuss different baiting and trapping options. Discover the do’s, don’ts, and everything in between in this informative session. It’s time to take your mole and vole control program to the next level!
